• By utilizing silicone nubs embossed on the back site, this towel helps prevent slipping no matter how much you move or sweat, which to grip your mat and keep you in place.
• Ideal for hot yoga or any super sweaty practice.
• Eco-friendly, every towel is made with at least four recycled plastic bottles

• The recycled bottles are woven into 50% poly yarn that requires 66% less energy to produce

• To Use: Place your towel on top of your yoga mat or directly on the floor, silicone pattern -side down. You may like to slightly dampen the areas under the hands and feet before practice.
• To Wash: Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or detergents, as they will make the surface slick

How to measure height
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping tape parallel to the floor
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest point, keeping tape parallel to the floor
HIP: Measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping tape parallel to the floor
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE: in cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.
Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.
Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
